DJ Cut Chemist - Sound of The Police (2010)

If there is only one album you could buy this year, remember part of this keyword:

Cut Chemist "Sound of The Police" Hotfile Then, go rock under a high.

P.S. Why no 2010 coverage of the German rap scene? Because I prefer English lyrics.

Only Slaves D.R.E.A.M.

What's DMT?
What's Melatonin?
Who googles Canibus Cup?

Canibus - Only Slaves D.R.E.A.M. - Official Video

Too advanced lyrics for the average block hustler:

Do you think that the powers that be
Are goin' to let you do what you want to do for eternity?
Of course you don't, so what do you fear?
Why you spazzin' out, why you so scared?
Everybody wanna be first, nobody wants to be last
Do you think a God that created this would watch all of us die while others just laugh?
What happens when the money system crash?
And there's no more value in the cash?
You gon' suck dick and sell ass?
You gon' try to fight back wit' ya hands?
You probably gon' change your money into gold
You gon' use that to try and buy soul
Buy some drugs with it, buy a peice of hole
Don't tell me, I don't wanna know
You need to come up with a better plan
The Devil smash metal weapons like glass
Right now we out-matched and out-classed
We have to stay on a spiritual path
'Cause in the absence of love we blastin' one another with blood
Media shows up to capture the buzz...

BTW, "Melatonin Magik" features excellent production by Snowgoons member Sicknature... and no fake Klou :)

The Explosive Return of The Chef: Raekwon “Only Built 4 Cuban Linx II” Rapidshare.com & Review

You think Wu solo releases suck nowadays? You think The Chef has jumped the shark? You think deutschrap.com is dead? Think again! "Only Built 4 Cuban Linx II" is armed (to the teef) with explosive production from the late, dope J Dilla, the RZA, the Dr., Pete Rock, Allah Mathematics and Marly Marl.

Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx... Pt. II - Rapidshare

With so much skills on deck though, it’s J Dilla who steals the show on production, doing the best RZA in years. This is raw, hardcore hip-hop, not for the “tight jean” fellas. Best of all, there are no trendy guests and gimmicks.

This is precisely what hip-hop needs at this point in time when way too many empty vessels and weed-sponsored douche bags front as rap-stars. Shallah Raekwon reminds you that he's "always been an ill dude” on “House Of Flying Daggers,” laced by J Dilla, who flips the legendary chorus from “Clan in Da Front” with strings as Method Man, Ghostface Killah and Inspectah Deck sound hungry and in rare form.

German Rap Charts: Clueso - So Sehr Dabei - LIVE

A German singer, rapper, songwriter and producer by the name of Clueso is currently... 20% of the German charts (i.e. Amazon.de's Rap & Hip-hop Charts:). Named after Inspectah Clouseau in Tha Pink Panther, Clueso started making music in 1995.

But it was 1998 when this current Four Music member decided to quit a potentially fabulous career as a hairdresser -- he represented Thuringia in the Bundesvision Song Contest with his latest single, Keinen Zentimeter and finished second to none.
Almost.

But how about you? Should you really google:

Leaked Masterpiece: Stoupe The Enemy of Mankind - Decalogue (2009)

Despite the fact that Stoupe ain't got shit to do with deutschrap, he deserves at least a single post on this any hip-hop blog... because the legendary Jedi Mind Tricks producer and beatmeister prepares the March 31st 2009 release of his highly anticipated debut solo release some already call a true hip-hop masterpiece.

For over a decade, and through 6 hit underground albums, Stoupe has been creating sonic backdrops for Vinnie Paz's unique brand of hardcore lyricism.

It's about time, Stoupe stepped out on his own with "Decalogue" and created one of the first few must haves in 2009, or how underground9.blogspot.com calls it, "a modern masterpiece. Crafted with an exacting eye towards maintaining the balance that has made his production style instantly recognizable the world over (and has inspired an entire sub-genre of imitators and impersonators), Decalogue is the long-awaited producer album from one of underground hip-hop's best."

Pairing up with "appropriate indie MCs" from across the hip-hop spectrum, such as Slaine (La Coka Nostra), M.O.P., Saigon, Joell Ortiz, Outerspace, the Army of the Pharaohs fam & more, Stoupe truly expands the scope of indie hip-hop with this album.

Stoupe the Enemy of Mankind - Decalogue (2009)

1. Allison James Feat. Slaine
2. When The Sun Goes Down Feat. Saigon
3. Evil Deeds Feat. Demoz, Des Devious & Jus Allah
4. The Truth Feat. Supastition
5. That's Me Feat. Joell Ortiz
6. The Torch Feat. King Magnetic & Reef the Lost Cauze
7. Speak Easy Feat. Outerspace
8. Transition of Power Feat. M.O.P.
9. Independence Day Feat. Block McCloud
10. Find A Way Feat. Lorrie Doriza
